This Email is a little late in thanking you sincerely for your help in teaching me how to transmit a graphic simply by using the "pdf" format. You won't remember but last winter I was looking for a carpenter to build my kitchen island. I contacted you and a few others I had discovered on the internet but complained I couldn't figure out how to send my design over the internet, and asked for your address so I could send it by regular mail. What a great surprise it was to receive your Email with the answer!!! And explained directly and simply, in about three sentences. I've been singing your praises ever since. Presently when I've finished loading the software for my new digital camera, I'll send you a picture of the island which is now finished. Mary Ellen

I think the plans are wonderful!!! My real area of weakness in the theatre is design and construction. I usually know what I want but can't seem to build it that way.
