3. If you are renewing your password than go to # 6 of this list.

4. Fill in the appropriate information requested in the order form.

5. Click on "submit" at the bottom of the form.

6. If you are renewing your password click on the small square after

"Order Catalog Renewal Now! $9.95.

7. Click on "submit" at the bottom of the form.
