We will do all the work for you on a profit sharing basis.
Plan A
Co-op Sales Program
The co-op sales program is a profit sharing program in which Build It Plans & Ideas sells your plan over the internet and pays you a percentage of the sale price (not including taxes).
Selling prices of plans range from $11.95 to $24.95 and up
(not including taxes where applicable).
The profit sharing percentage depends upon how much you have done in advance, how much we have to do to prepare your plan and what we negotiate as a fair split.
We would process all the sales via credit cards, money orders and checks and send you a check for your share.
The more you do, the higher your percentage of the sale price.
All copyrights remain with you the originator of the plan unless otherwise agreed upon.
The plan needs to be in pdf format for emailing purposes.
The plan must first be deemed salable by Build It Plans & Ideas
What do you need to give us be a part of the Co-op Sales Program?
(Anything not done by you will be done by Build It Plans & Ideas)
1. Photograph or drawing of the project in the completed and finished stage.
Digital jpg pictures preferred.
2. A materials list to be emailed to us.
3. A cut list to be emailed to us.
4. Hand drawings, scaled drawings or computer drafted drawings with exact measurements (in imperial measurements ... inches) of all relevant pieces and angles, preferably in orthographic projection but not necessary.
3D or isometric projections are usually not necessary.
The final form will be in computer drafted pdf format ready to be emailed.
5. Step by step assembly instructions in chronological order emailed to us.
6. Step by step finishing instructions in chronological order emailed to us.
7. Template drawings in full size (where applicable).
8. Safety warnings and suggestions.

We did the rest.
Build It Plans & Ideas .... 60% of sale price.
Originator of plan .... 40% of sale price.

Your own website within ours
(separate url)
We can set up a website of your own with your email address etc. for as low as $160 per year.
Your website address would be ... http://buildit.shopalberta.com/your company name.htm
Included would be a free link in our associates page and three entries in our Woodworking Directories.
You would have to process all your sales through your email.
Plan C
Your own website with your own com address
We can set up a website with your own com address for as low as $160 plus costs.
Costs: com address, hosting fees, search engine registration to over 500 search engines.
